Paris, the 2nd of November 2012: Mandriva has released CloudPulse, its new cloud-based I.T infrastructure management solution. CloudPulse is the SaaS evolution of Mandriva Pulse??.
This solution offers the same benefits of Pulse?? without the material and resources constraints involved in maintaining a full-fledged solution.
Mandriva CloudPulse enables businesses of all sizes to perform inventory, deployments, remote management, data and configuration backup of their I.T infrastructure without the overhead incurred by the ownership of a traditional infrastructure management solution. Mandriva Cloud is available in several pricing plans that are specifically targeted to small and medium-sized structures.
This new solution marks the beginnings of Mandriva as a cloud player. As a new product, CloudPulse is the first release that’s part of a broader and coherent cloud strategy by Mandriva. Mandriva believes that cloud computing should put the customers??? data privacy and ownership first. Data collected through CloudPulse is hosted on servers located in France and is not transferred to any third party.
???Mandriva CloudPulse offers a real choice to the SMB sector by providing a strong solution and real data backup and privacy. CloudPulse is the first product that carries Mandriva’s vision and values for cloud computing”, explained by Jean-Manuel Croset, CEO, Mandriva S.A.
