MATE 1.14 patches the deprecated usage of the GtkVBox and GtkHBox widgets for the GTK+3 build, and removes the old mate-conf-import tool and MateConf migration script. Other than that, it looks like the changelog generation functionality got some minor improvements, and various language translations, which haven’t been mentioned yet, received updates, so MATE 1.14 should act better for non-English users.
