Meld 1.8.2 Fixes a Subversion 1.6 Regression

Thanks to Kai Willadsen, Meld 1.8.2 is here to fix a regression when selecting Subversion 1.6 repositories, as well as to fix unicode usernames on Windows platforms, which forced the developers to move the Meld configuration from the remote to the local app data. Also, Meld 1.8.2 adds a copyright string to the appdata file, and the Galician and Slovenian translations have been updated in Meld 1.8.2.
