Mesa 3D Graphics Library 12.0.0 Is Just Around the Corner, Last RC Is Out Now

One thing we know from the previous Release Candidate build, that the final Mesa 3D Graphics Library 12.0.0 release won’t ship with a single VAAPI (Video Acceleration API) driver backend (gallium_drv_video). Instead, separate drivers will be offered analogous to VDPAU, DRI, and XvMC.
