MKVToolNix 12.0.0 Open-Source MKV Manipulation App Improves MPEG TS Reader, GUI

Changes of MKVToolNix 12.0.0 include a new keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+Space) for toggling the selection of the current item in all tree views, support for the .cue extension in the “Open Chapter File” dialog of the MKVToolNix GUI, and support for editing the “date” segment information field in the header editor. A new option called “???no-date” was implemented in both the mkvmerge components and MKVToolNix GUI’s multiplexer to prevent the “date” field from being written to the segment information headers. Additionally, the MKVToolNix GUI received improvements for Preferences – Job actions, type “play audio file.”
