Among some of the new features Mozilla implemented in the Firefox 60 release, we can mention enhanced camera privacy indicators that automatically turns off the light of your webcam when you disable video recording and turns it back on when you resume recording, and Web Authentication API support that enables the use of USB tokens to authenticate on websites. Firefox 60 also adds a new policy engine that lets IT admins more easily deploy Firefox in enterprise environments by using a cross-platform JSON file or Windows Group Policy, Quantum CSS to render the web browser’s user interface and make it a lot faster, new shortcut (F9) to access the Reader View on Windows, and support for the Occitan (oc) language.
