Mozilla Thunderbird 38.3.0 Improves the Message Checking Functionality, Fixes Bugs

Mozilla made several under-the-hood improvements to its Thunderbird 38 email, news and chat client, such as the re-implementation of support for directly composing email messages by right-clicking on a newsgroup, and support for international characters when attempting to import CSV (Comma Separated Values) files to the address book.
