MPV MPlayer-Based Video Player Updated with Support for VTT Subtitles

MPV 0.8.1 now tries to load subtitles in the .vtt file format. Users should also see some major performance improvements for ???smooth motion??? function. In addition, this version correctly updates the client-api-changes file in the documentation directory, and introduces several other useful documentation updates.
