Netscape targets ISPs with customization service

In their ongoing battle to recruit Internet service providers
and VARs as distributors of their browsers, Netscape Communications
Corp. and Microsoft Corp. have raced to simplify the customization
and distribution processes behind their respective client wares.
Pushing the envelope once again is Netscape, which announced today
at ISPCon a Web-based alternative to its Client Customization
Kit.
