New Brotli compression filter module now in Apache

Apache became the first HTTP server to support Google’s new Brotli compression format. Brotli is supported in recent versions of Chrome and Firefox, with Edge having committed to supporting the format. Brotli yields 15-25 % smaller compressed resources compared to deflate or gzip; the two leading compression formats currently used on the web.
