Updated to version 3.10.0-614.10.2.lve1.4.48, the new CloudLinux 7 kernel can be downloaded from the updates-testing repository, and it looks like it adds a fix for a security issue (CVE-2017-7895) that was patched upstream for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 series of operating systems, among other supported releases that were also affected. Also fixed in this new Beta kernel is a NULL pointer dereferencing in the task scheduler, a panic that could occur while waiting for Lightweight Virtual Environment (LVE) to be initialized, as well as a kernel panic on netlink_lookup. It also addresses a bug to avoid running out of container IDs.
