New Neptune Linux Plasma 5 ISO Snapshot Lands with KDE Applications 17.04, More

The new Neptune Plasma 5 ISO is shipping with the latest KDE Applications 17.04 software suite, which includes numerous improvements and new features for the Dolphin file manager, Kdenlive video editor, Kate text editor, Ark archive manager, Konsole terminal emulator, Okular PDF viewer, and Gwenview image viewer. It also includes last month’s KDE Frameworks 5.33.0 collection of add-on libraries for Qt 5, which appears to be the base of this new ISO snapshot for the month of May 2017, bringing numerous bug fixes and improvements. Additionally, the Excalibur applications menu received support for scrolling of favorites and other goodies.
