Requiring Qt 4.7 and csync 0.90.0, which was released at the same time, ownCloud Client 1.4.0 introduces a new scheduler that will only sync when there are actual changes in the server, a new Settings dialog that includes Proxy Settings, and it adds Bandwidth Control, a visual quota/storage indicator, and progress indication. ownCloud Client 1.4.0 also introduces a sync history function, adds the “Launch on System Startup” GUI option and a Help item that point to an online reference, allows custom ignore patterns, adds an editor for ignored patterns and preliminary support for Shibboleth authentication, and much more.
