New Ubuntu Touch Update Brings 3G and Location Services Improvements

The Ubuntu Touch OTA 3.5 update will be pushed to Ubuntu Phone users worldwide starting today, but in phases during the next 24 hours. Therefore, you should check your Ubuntu-powered smartphone for updates and apply them if available. Over 15 bugs have been squashed in this update for Ubuntu Touch, including 3G issues with certain mobile carriers, calendar sync problems, an ubuntu-keyboard crash, issues with enabling location, an indicator-network crash, and some battery drain issues caused by the Airplane mode.
