Lab is hosting a conference on government use of open source
software (OSS). The Government Open Source Conference (GOSCON) will
be held in Portland Oregon and is targetted at CIO’s and Public
Administrators in city, county and state governments throughout the
United States. With a low cost of only $150 for both days, the
conference is an affordable way for managers to come up to speed on
