In the past LG build 2 Google Nexus smartphones and according to very strong rumors LG will build the next Google Nexus smartphone.
Google Nexus is a line of mobile devices that run the Android operating system. In the past LG developed together with Google the Nexus 4 and Nexus 5 smartphones.
LG would not base the 2015 Nexus on the company’s current flagship, the LG G4. Instead it will be based on an unreleased prototype, which is probably smaller then the big Nexus 6. The Nexus 6 is often critized to be too large, so this would make sense.
