Now available: libnice 0.1.14

Libnice 0.1.14, the latest release of the NAT traversal library implementing the RFC for Interactive Connectivity Establishment (ICE), is now available. ICE is a key part of the WebRTC standard and libnice is used by many WebRTC implementations such as OpenWebRTC, Kurento and Janus.
