ODABA 13.1.1 (DBMS and tools) released

With new version ODABA 13.1.1 extended XML support has been provided allowing accessing XML files via property handles. Script debugging now supports automatic function reload at run-time, when OSI function has been modified. Besides, documentation features in ODE tools have been improved and several bug fixes made.
