OnePlus 5 Owners Can Now Use OnePlus 5T’s Face Unlock Feature, Here’s How

When OnePlus unveiled the OnePlus 5T smartphone back in November 2017, the company revealed a brand-new feature that it was never used before on any of its devices, face unlock, similar to Apple’s Face ID functionality that the company implemented in iPhone X. But the major difference between OnePlus 5T’s face unlock and iPhone X’s Face ID is that the former can be ported to other devices, such as the OnePlus 5, through a software update. And the even better news is that it’s now available for installation via the latest Open Beta update.
