Open source tool FAI (Fully Automatic Installation) 5.0 released

The FAI team released the next major release 5.0 of their software Fully Automatic Installation.

New features include an autodiscover mode, a curses based menu for selection profiles and the ability to install Ubuntu, CentOS or Debian with only one installation media.
There are also two screencast available showing those types of installations.

configurations on computers as well as virtual machines and chroot
environments, from small networks to large infrastructures and
clusters. FAI is a long-standing project in Debian and was started in
1999.
