OpenMW 0.38.0 is mostly a bugfix release, as the developers managed to address over 40 issues reported by users or discovered by them since the previous release of the software, which was announced here on December 2015.

However, bugfixes are not the only thing that landed in OpenMW 0.38.0, as the development team implemented various new features, such as a werewolf field of view, support for the OSG native model format, as well as support for checking PlaceItem and PlaceAt in isInCell.
