OpenRA Release 20170421 comes almost half a year since the previous stable release and adds a bunch of improvements and new features like HiDPI (High Dots Per Inch) font rendering, a brand new behaviour for both Tiberian Dawn Obelisk and Red Alert Gap Generator, multiplayer improvements, muted Red Alert ???shell map??? background, the ability to install assets on 32-bit OSes and from original RA95 CDs. Among other improvements implemented in OpenRA Release 20170421, we can mention that the Dune 2000 mod received seven new campaign missions, optimized graphics of the original game, and better gameplay match. Other than that, it looks like there are multiple under-the-hood improvements like a new trait conditions system, as well as simplified weapon definitions.
