OpenStack Havana, the Eighth Version of the Cloud Platform, Arrives

The eighth release of the platform has more than 400 new features. There are security enhancements, new services such as metering and orchestration, and enhancements to existing services including global clusters for object storage and QoS capabilities for block storage.
