openSUSE Linux-Powered Educational Pilot Program to Become Nationwide in Indonesia

Approximately 45,000 students from an Indonesian province are currently testing a pilot project powered by openSUSE Linux. Dubbed Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Utilization for Educational Quality Enhancement in Yogyakarta Province, the educational pilot program promises to enhance the computer usage knowledge of numerous Indonesian students, as it is set to become a nationwide educational program. It is powered by SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP1.
