OS rumors: Google’s Brillo, Russia’s Jolla, Huawei’s Kirin

Google is rumored to be prepping a “Brillo” OS for IoT that runs on 32MB of RAM. Meanwhile, Russia is planning its own Linux-based mobile OS with Jolla.
