Today we would like to inform all users of the Parsix GNU/Linux distribution that they can install the long-term supported Linux 4.1.15 kernel in the Parisx GNU/Linux 8.0 (Mumble) and Parsix GNU/Linux 8.5 (Atticus) releases of the operating system.
Linux kernel 4.1.15 LTS has been released earlier this month and brings several improvements to the Btrfs, EXT4, Ceph, NFS, JBD2, and OCFS2 filesystems, multiple updated drivers, along improvements to the networking stack.
