“Back Orifice, a user-friendly hacker application released last
summer, was one of the scariest things system administrators had
seen in a long time. The application made it possible for nearly
anyone to take over Windows 95 and Windows 98 systems without users
knowing it. And, just as with any good horror flick, there’s a
sequel.

“PC Week Labs tested Back Orifice 2000, which was announced at
last weekend’s Def Con conference, and found it much easier to use,
with a true Windows interface and a nice little configuration
wizard.”
