PC Week Online: Sun hopes to beat NT 5.0 to the punch with 64-bitoperating system upgrade

Sun Microsystems Inc. this week plans to launch a full 64-bit Solaris upgrade, hoping to convince customers that Solaris provides the scalability and reliability that Microsoft Corp. is only promising with Windows NT 5.0.

This story appears to be identical to last week’s PC Week Online: Sun set to release 64-bit Solaris upgrade except for the title change and the substitution of “this week” for “next week” in the first paragraph.
