“A port of Novell Directory Services for Linux will ship by the
end of the year”

“In keeping with the cross-platform spirit of recent NDS
announcements, Novell also announced the availability of an NDS
bundle. This will give network managers one product, and one
product license, that includes NDS, NDS for NT, NDS for Solaris
and, eventually, NDS for Linux all in the same package.”

“The bundle will create a standalone NDS license that divorces
the platform from NetWare altogether”

“Pricing on the bundle, while not disclosed, will be on a
per-user basis, officials said.”
