As a note to our readers, this is an announcement that beginning
later this evening, Linux Today will be slipping into extended
weekend mode as this managing editor will be taking some time off
with his family.

Beginning early Friday morning, the newsfeed will be temporarily
suspended until Tuesday, March 18. Talkbacks will be monitored,
thanks to Contributing Editor Rob Reilly, and major breaking
stories will be posted as they come up by Jupitermedia’s
editor-in-chief Gus Venditto.

As always, I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of the
site’s visitors who actively participate in story contributions,
talkbacks, and general feedback. You make my job here very
enjoyable!

But I still need that vacation. 🙂

Until next week,

Peace,
Brian Proffitt
Managing Editor
