Q4OS 1.4.9 is not a major release of the Debian-based OS, but a maintenance one that brings various improvements and bug fixes, along with a few new features, such as the implementation of a new Applications Menu (a.k.a. Start Menu) called “Bourbon.” Q4OS 1.4.9 has been rebased on the Debian GNU/Linux 8.4 “Jessie” operating system.
