Rockstor 3.9.0 is a major release of the operating system, shipping a little over three months after the last maintenance update to the Rockstor 3.8 series. The 3.9 branch has a lot of improvements to code quality, especially to the Python and Javascript stacks, as well as big enhancements to the disk management subsystem. The Rockstor 3.9.0 release closes a total of 29 issues that various contributors helped fixed, which means that users will be able to enjoy fewer bugs the next time they upgrade their Rockstor systems. The full list of changes is attached below for your reading pleasure or if you’re just curious to know what was fixed.
