ROSA Desktop Fresh R6 Brings a Refreshed KDE4 Desktop Experience

ROSA Desktop Fresh R6 is based on the company’s ROSA 2014.1 platform, which means that it will receive software updates for a couple of years, until Fall 2016. There are numerous changes to the pre-installed applications in ROSA Desktop Fresh R6, as well as updated software listed below. At the moment, the distro is powered by Linux kernel 3.14.44 LTS, but packages based on the Linux 4.1 LTS kernel series are also available in the default repositories, including KDE Plasma 5.
