RunRev Ltd to develop an open source version of its LiveCode platform

LiveCode facilitates app development for smartphones, tablets, desktop computers and servers “whether you are a programmer or not”. The platform supports Linux, iOS, Android, Windows and Mac, and builds on a tradition first started by HyperCard in 1987. Now RunRev Ltd has launched a Kickstarter project to create and open source edition of LiveCode software.
