SETI@home — Static Linux 1.1 client available.

Thanks to CHris Halsall
for this link.

Seems the SETI@home project’s older clients (<1.1) weren’t
being counted towards the statistics, yet until earlier today only
the “gnulibc2.1” version of 1.1 was available for Linux.

The “gnulibc1” and a static version of the 1.1 client were made
available for Linux this morning. They’re still the i386 versions,
but at least they’ll let us all process blocks until the optimized
versions become available.

Download the 1.1 clients from: http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/unix.html.
Again, no processing using clients <1.1 are being applied to the
results.
