The Steam for Linux platform now features numerous games, but there still are too few major titles that can really shake things up. Now, it turns out that the rumor about the Linux version of Sid Meier’s Civilization V might actually be true.

One of the major publishers out there that has expressed an interest in the Linux platform is 2K Games, although the sudden Linux love might be coming from the developer studio, Firaxis.
