Two months passed since the release of SMPlayer 16.9 and users can finally update their favorite video player app. Version 16.11 promises to implement a new option called “Show info on OSD” in the View – OSD menu for displaying video and audio information like bitrate, resolution, container or aspect ration in the OSD (On-screen display). The second feature added in the SMPlayer 16.11 release is the implementation of extra options in the Preferences – Playlist panel to allow users to control the behavior of the playlist better than before. For example, you can make the playlist suitable for storing bookmarks.
