Tanglu 4 Linux Distro Enters Development with GNOME 3.18, KDE Plasma 5.4

Tanglu 4 Alpha is full of changes. The operating system is distributed in three main editions, Tanglu KDE with the latest KDE Plasma 5.4 desktop environment, Tanglu GNOME featuring the recently released GNOME 3.18 desktop environment with Wayland for the login manager, and Tanglu Core.
