One important note is that, at the moment, the Ubuntu Phone team has no plans for delivering touch devices based on Ubuntu 15.10 (Wily Werewolf). If users request Ubuntu Touch builds based on Ubuntu 15.10 (Wily Werewolf), the Ubuntu Phone development might consider implementing a dual landing scheme.
