These Are the New Default Wallpapers of Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak)

In only one week from the moment of writing this story, on October 13, 2016, Canonical will officially launch the final release of the Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) operating system, which promises to use the new Linux 4.8 kernel, latest open source software applications and the most modern GNU/Linux technologies. An experimental Unity 8 session will be available as well for those who want to try something new for a change, but other than that there’s nothing out of the ordinary in Ubuntu 16.10. A first look and probably an in-depth review will be published right here on this space right after the release. Until then, enjoy the new wallpapers!
