Earlier this month when we informed you to go an vote for the final Debian GNU/Linux 9 “Stretch” artwork, we told you that our favorite is the “softWaves” entry by French artist Juliette Taka Belin, who also created the “Lines” artwork used in the current stable Debian GNU/Linux 8 “Jessie” release. Now that the artwork has been finalized, we have all the reasons to believe that the launch of the Debian GNU/Linux 9 “Stretch” is upon us, and we woulnd’t have to any so long until we’ll be able to install the powerful operating system on our personal computers or servers, or upgrade the Debian GNU/Linux 8 “Jessie” installation.
