First and foremost, the magic-device-tool now has a cool new logo that we think it looks really great, so congrats to the artist (Michael Kisiel). And now for the hardcore stuff implemented since the first release, as users will now be able to install the Maru operating system on their Nexus 5 devices. Another interesting change is the ability to install Sailfish OS on your devices, including Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7, and OnePlus One. Additionally, the Ubuntu Touch rc-proposed channel is now available for Nexus 5 smartphones, and there’s a “RTFM” surprise for you if you don’t clone the tool from its GitHub page.
