Apparently, the latest stable version of the K Desktop Environment was a success, as more and more distributions are rushing to include it as the default option. Such is the case of Toorox, which features KDE 4.9.4 on top of Linux kernel 3.7.1 and the latest X.Org Server 1.13.0.
