Tor Browser 6.5.1 appears to be a minor release in the 6.5 series, adding support for the latest technologies, including the Tor 0.2.9.10 anonymous network, OpenSSL 1.0.2k, HTTPS-Everywhere 5.2.11, Torbutton 1.9.6.14, as well as all the security updates that Mozilla patched in the recently released Firefox 45.8.0 ESR web browser. This first maintenance update to the Tor Browser 6.5 stable series also addresses a bug for GNU/Linux platforms by updating the “Using a system-installed Tor” section in start script, and updates various language translations. A regression introduced in the Tor Browser 6.5 release related to the resizing of the main window is yet to be resolved.
