We can report that Tor Browser is now based on Mozilla Firefox 31.5.0 ESR, uses OpenSSL 1.0.1l, NoScript 2.6.9.15, and HTTPS-Everywhere 4.0.3. An additional update notification will no longer be displayed, the new NoScript menu option has been removed in order to make permissions permanent, and NoScript will now disable permanent permissions.
