Totem 3.9.5 introduces a workaround to allow streaming of Vimeo videos, makes the thumbnailer work even when the VA-API support is enabled, fixes aspect ratio issues in dual-head setups, and fixes playback when video location is not mounted. Moreover, the titlebar is no longer hidden in fullscreen mode, as there is a menu bar, the warnings from the rotation plugin related to unsupported locations are now avoided, and streams are accessed directly rather than through FUSE, making playback and buffering smoother.
