Mark Shuttleworth, father of the popular Ubuntu operating system, has just announced a few minutes ago, October 18, the codename of the upcoming Ubuntu 14.04 LTS operating system.

While some of us are enjoying their brand-new Ubuntu 13.10 (Saucy Salamander) operating system, the Ubuntu developers are hard at work, concentrating their efforts on the Ubuntu 14.04 LTS release, codenamed Trusty Tahr.
