Ubuntu 15.10 Remains Based on Linux Kernel 4.2, Final Beta Coming September 24

The Ubuntu developers announced that the OS will remain based on Linux kernel 4.2 for its entire cycle, and that they will track the development of the Linux 4.2 series and add update the Ubuntu 15.10 kernel package when new maintenance versions are released upstream.
