The big news we want to share with you today is that the master branch of the Ubuntu 15.10 (Wily Werewolf) operating system has been rebased to Linux kernel 4.2. The packages have been uploaded to the official software repositories of the OS. We’ve downloaded the latest daily build images of Ubuntu 15.10, and we can confirm that its kernel packages are now at version 4.2.0-7.7, based on the upstream Linux kernel 4.2.0 sources.
