Both projects are currently in development, and the Ubuntu team’s goal is to synchronize the release of OpenStack Libery with the one of Ubuntu 15.10, in other words, updating the OpenStack Kilo to Liberty just in time for the October 22 release of Wily Werewolf In order to achieve this, the Ubuntu developers will have to upload further Beta and Release Candidate builds of the OpenStack 2015.2.0 (Liberty), as they are required for all core OpenStack projects, as well as for any other package that depends on OpenStack.
